You can ask us to delete your pawVerse account and all data tied to it at any time, free of charge. This page explains how, what is deleted, and how long it takes.
How to ask
The app does not yet have a "Delete account" button in Settings, so you ask by email:
- Email privacy@pawverse.app with the subject "Delete my account and data".
- Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm the account is yours. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, use that account's email and say which one.
- We may reply to verify your identity, and we complete the request within 30 days of receiving it.
You can also delete just part of your data (one pet, or single records) yourself in the app, immediately.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, display name, profile photo, notification settings)
- All pet data (profiles, photos, weights, recorded values)
- Health records, vaccines, vaccine book scans and aftercare notes
- Tasks, schedules and notifications
- Answers to the get-to-know-your-pet questionnaire
- Links to Google, Apple and Facebook, and push device tokens
Timing

What we may keep
Only what the law requires: security (access) logs for 90 days to 12 months, consent records for 5 years, and data tied to a dispute until it ends. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you sign in with Facebook
Deleting your pawVerse account does not delete your Facebook account, and Facebook gives us no password or other data beyond the name, email and user id you allowed. You can remove the app's access yourself on Facebook under Settings > Security and login > Apps and Websites. After that we receive nothing more from Facebook, but data already in your pawVerse account still needs the request above.
